What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading major multi-disciplinary rail projects as Project Director or Associate Director
Managing multi-million euro consultancy commissions within the rail sector
Overseeing project portfolios, contract and commercial aspects
Driving the design process and ensuring technical quality
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Leading bids and proposals to secure new business
What We’re Looking For:
A degree-qualified engineer (Level 8 or 9) with substantial post-graduate consultancy experience
Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland or equivalent)
Proven track record in delivering complex rail infrastructure projects across all design stages
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships
Awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices
Valid driving licence
