Head of Project Management (Renewable Energy and Infrastructure)

One of our clients, a Semi- State Body, is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head their Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing a diverse portfolio of renewable energy and public good infrastructure projects, including wind, solar, flextech, and peatland rehabilitation.

This permanent leadership role is critical to ensuring the effective planning and delivery of high-impact projects aligned with Ireland’s national sustainability goals.

Requirements:

·        10+ years’ experience managing large-scale projects/programs in energy or infrastructure

·        Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management (PMP, MSP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred)

·        Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams

·        Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting and stakeholder engagement

·        In-depth understanding of Ireland’s renewable energy sector and regulatory environment
