Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager for a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, based in Bonnyrigg.

The Role:

The Customer Relationship Manager will develop existing accounts through growth and retention. You will sell Viridor's full-service portfolio and use innovation to enhance relationships, increase revenue and enhance profitability. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience to your accounts through structured account management processes.

You'll maximising the retention of customers through the Threat to Terminate Process. The Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with the Collections Business Units in terms of prioritising existing customers to be targeted, and work alongside the Customer Service Advisor Team with respect to upselling opportunities, unsafe bins and the retention of customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

Additionally, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of the local market, competitors, products, services, innovation, industry developments and legislative changes.

 *Demonstrate a successful track record of managing and enhancing customer relationships and revenue *Experience in handling and negotiating threat to terminate customers *Astute commercial acumen *Knowledge of waste and recycling industry preferred *Resilient, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure *Ability to build strong relationships and influence others *Excellent negotiation skills *Full UK Driving Licence
