The Role
This is an opportunity for a Town Planner to join a collaborative planning team working on a varied portfolio of projects. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing planning applications and providing planning advice
* Contributing to masterplans, development frameworks, and EIAs
* Supporting projects across sectors including heritage, residential, healthcare, education, mixed-use, and public sector developments
* Managing small to medium-sized projects and supporting junior team members
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a relevant planning degree and post-graduate experience gained within a planning consultancy, local authority, or both. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong technical planning knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach to work
