Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative process safety management programs.
- Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA).
- Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Provide technical support for process safety projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide project teams.
- Manage and oversee complex safety projects.
- Develop and deliver training programs on process safety topics.
- Represent the company in regulatory and industry forums.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years (senior level) or 10 years (principal level) experience in process safety engineering.
- Strong project management skills and technical competence in highway engineering.
