Environmental Sustainability Manager

Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Manager 
Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum
Location: Chilcomb House, Winchester with travel to HCT’s venues
Hours: 37 hours per week (Flexible working options including home working available) 
Type of Contract: 12 month FTC

Can you help us save the planet? 

As the Environmental Sustainability Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of our environmental action plan and motivate and empower our teams to embed environmental sustainability into policies and practices; driving our ambition to reach carbon neutrality by 2030. 

From identifying and securing funding opportunities that will support the delivery of our ambitions, to collecting and collating data to ensure we meet environmental management certification requirements, this role provides engaging and meaningful work with colleagues all striving to make a positive difference in the world. 
A bit about you

You’ll have experience of delivering environmentally focussed projects and your passion for making a difference inspires and engages others on the sustainability journey. You’re an excellent communicator and your approachable nature provides you with perfect opportunities to build excellent working relationships with our diverse stakeholders.

You easily identify opportunities for achieving goals and planning and organising are central to your success. Your self-motivation and can-do attitude combined with excellent organisational and time management skills will enable you to deliver, whilst remaining flexible and adaptable.
